In September 2011, SNC-Lavalin completed the acquisition of Macquarie Essential Assets Partnership�s (MEAP) 23.08% ownership interest in AltaLink Holdings, L.P. (AltaLink). In October 2011, the Company acquired Interfleet Technology. In June 2012, the Company acquired DBA Engineering. In July 2012, SNC-Lavalin Fayez Engineering (SLFE) acquired the industrial division of Zuhair Fayez Partnership.
