Its operations are mainly conducted in Hong Kong and China. Its segment includes property development, property management, property investment and others. As at December 31, 2011, it had properties under development and undeveloped properties with total gross floor area of approximately 11.16 million square meters. On August 1, 2012, it acquired three parcels of land located in Lin�an, Hangzhou, Zhejiang from an open tender. On September 26, 2012, it acquired a parcel of land located in Luogang District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province (Luogang Land Parcel). On November 1, 2012, it acquired the second phase of land at Tazi Lake, Jiang�an District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. On January 10, 2013, it acquired four parcels of land.
