Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (IET), incorporated operates through its whollyowned subsidiary, IET, Inc. IET produces and sells hypochlorous acid (Anolyte) as well as an anti-oxidizing, mildly alkaline solution (Catholyte) that provide an environmentally friendly alternative for cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting. The Company manufactures EcaFlo equipment that is used to produce the Solutions for distribution by the Company. The Company� s Anolyte kills various pathogens including, but not limited to, Salmonella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus MRSA, swine influenza virus H1N1, Escherichia coli, anthrax and Listeria moncytogenes. Catholyte is an anti-oxidizing, mild alkaline solution with a pH range of 10.5 to 12.0.
