Parallel Mining Corp, formerly Parallel Resources Ltd., is Canada-based company engaged in the mineral exploration business. The Company is engaged in the evaluation, acquisition, exploration, development and exploitation of base and precious metal properties. The Company, as of August2012, held one property, the Kains Lake Copper Project. On August 17, 2012, the Company acquired a 100% interest in the Kains Lake Property. The property consists of eight claims covering 1,657.3 hectares, and is located approximately 20 kilometer due west of Port Hardy, at the north end of Vancouver Island, British Columbia Canada. During the year ended May 31, 2012, the Company abandoned Matehuala and Charcas West properties.
