Transcontinental Inc. is a provider of Web solutions and marketing communications, and consumer magazine publisher. It is also the publisher of consumer magazines and French-language educational resources, its newspaper publisher, and its digital platform delivers content through more than 150 Websites. Its interactive sector provides marketing products and services using communications platforms. During the fiscal year ended October 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), it launched six weekly papers: Point de vue Mont-Tremblant, Point de vue Sainte-Agathe, Abitibi Express in two communities, Rive-Sud Express, Le Nord and Courrier du Saguenay. During fiscal 2010, it launched PREMIUM publication that is Quebec�s bookzine. On September 8, 2011, Quad/Graphics Inc. acquired the Mexican assets and the book printing business of the Company. In January 2012, it acquired Tout Magazine. In February 2012, the Company�s TC Media acquired the print and Internet publishing assets of Courrier Frontenac.
