Description
This fund's objective is to provide the opportunity for capital appreciation during the term of the fund by investing in mutual funds, fixed income securities and cash equivalents. The percentage allocated to each of these asset classes from time to time will be determined by the fund's asset allocation strategy. Initially, the fund will invest primarily in a portfolio of mutual funds. Over time, the fund will gradually increase the percentage of its assets allocated to fixed income securities and cash equivalents. Prior to the Target End Date, the portfolio of the fund will be invested only in fixed income securities and cash equivalents. Subject to the approval of the independent review committee of the fund, it is expected that on the Target End Date the fund will be combined with a money market mutual fund managed by us or one of our affiliates.
