First Asset Diversified Convertible Debenture Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end investment trust. The Fund�s investment objectives are to provide Holders with quarterly cash distributions together with the opportunity for capital appreciation. The Fund invests in a portfolio of bonds and debentures, which can be converted into an equity security at the option of the holder and/or the issuer at a specified price (Convertible Debentures). The Fund focuses on at least 90% of the portfolio�s United States dollar currency exposure will be hedged back to the Canadian dollar. The Fund invests in sectors, which include energy, material, industries, utilities, financials, consumer staples and consumer discretionary. First Asset Investment Management Inc. acts as the manager of the Fund.
