War Eagle Mining Company Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties. The Company's mineral properties include Tres Marias, Mac Property, George�s Lake and other mineral property interests. The Tres Marias property is located in the northeast corner of Chihuahua State, Mexico and consists of nine exploration concessions covering a total of 1,958 hectares. The MAC property is located in the southwest Northwest Territories, which consist of 10 contiguous claims covering 15,015 hectares. George�s Lake gold property located approximately 135 kilometers northeast of La Ronge, Saskatchewan. The Company also owns the rights to a 1.5% royalty on gross revenues from the Candle Lake diamond property, located in central Saskatchewan and a 0.5% net smelter royalty from the Antimony Mountain gold property, located in Yukon. In February 2013, it acquired Andromeda Resources Inc. The amalgamation was effective on February 8, 2013.
