PMI Gold Corporation (PMI) is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties. PMI�s principal properties are located in Ghana, West Africa with Obotan Project and Kubi Project. It has several other mineral concessions in Ghana in various stages of exploration. As of July 30, 2012, PMI had not generated revenue. Obotan Gold Project is an advanced gold development project with resources, located in the Amansie West District, of the Ashanti Region of Ghana. It has four gold deposits: Nkran, Adubiaso, Abore and Asuadai. As of July 30, 2012, PMI�s exploration activities focused on carrying out a 10,000 meters auger drilling program over a corridor bounded by the parallel northeast trending Ashanti and Kubi shears. As of July 30, 2012, PMI drilled 12 diamond holes for 2,164.5 meters at Kubi South Prospect. A total of 10,018 meters has been drilled on the Afiefiso Prospect.
