ECL Enviroclean Ventures Ltd., formerly Prima Developments Ltd., is a Canada-based company. As of June 30, 2010, the Company held a 49.7% interest in Envirocoat Technologies Inc. (ETI). ETI) manufactures a ceramic-based coating system designed to provide a waterproof protective shield or membrane over any exposed surface, which reflects sunlight and seals out rain, ice, snow, or moisture. Its products include exterior wall, exterior roof, insulseal and seal bond. The Company�s products are marketed primarily in North America with some international sales. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), two new distributors had been signed up in the Middle East to distribute the range of wall and roof products under the Entech private label. On August 19, 2010, the Company announced its focus on the wind farm industry.
