Bellhaven Copper and Gold Inc. (Bellhaven) is a Canada-based exploration company, engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties, specifically precious and base metal properties, in Panama and Colombia. The Company�s principal assets were the advanced-stage La Mina porphyry gold-copper project in the Middle Cauca Porphyry Belt of Colombia and applications along a prospective 60 kilometres long trend of high-sulphidation epithermal gold and porphyry copper prospects in the Azuero Peninsula of Panama. As of April 30, 2012, the Company holds a 100% interest in six gold and copper projects located in the Herrera and Los Santos Provinces on the Azuero Peninsula in the Republic of Panama. As of April 30, 2012, projects of the Company include La Mina, Columbia and Pitaloza, Panama. As of April 30, 2012, the Company�s subsidiaries include Aurum Explorations Inc. (Panama) and Aurum Explorations Inc. (Colombia).
