The Company is active in three areas: Power generation, which includes development and operation of renewable energy power plants; Energy-related products and services, which comprise turn-key plants, components, services and technologies, and Financial investments, which consist of minority stakes in companies operating in renewable energy and green technologies. The Company divides its energy business into three sectors: Photovoltaic, Biogas and Geothermal. As of December 31, 2011, the Company�s subsidiaries included Energetica Invest SpA, Ergyca Industrial Srl, Ergyca Sun Srl, HG Power Srl, GreenBoat Srl, Ergyca One Srl and Ergyca Green Srl, among others. In March 2013, ErgyCapital SpA acquired full ownership of its subsidiary Ergyca Biogas SpA, which is active in the field of biogas.
