CuDeco Limited is an Australian-based company engaged in mineral exploitation and evaluation, primarily of the Rocklands Group Copper Project in Cloncurry, Queensland. The Rocklands Group Copper Project, which is located approximately 15 kilometers west of the regional township of Cloncurry in North West Queensland, remains the primary focus of the Company. The project has around a 480,000 ton concentrate production rate per year, which produces copper, gold, cobalt, pyrite, magnetite and native copper minerals. The Company�s Las Minerale & Rocklands South is a flagship orebody for coarse native copper and chalcocite. As of June 30, 2012, the Company had subsidiaries include Cloncurry Infrastructure Pty Ltd, CuDeco Logistics Pty Ltd, CuDeco Employee Share Plan Pty Ltd and Umatilla Resources Pty Ltd. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, Umatilla Resources Pty Ltd was deregistered.
