Allana Potash Corp. (Allana) is a junior mining company with a focus on the acquisition and development of potash assets internationally with its focus on the Danakhil Potash property (the Dallol Potash Project), which is a previously explored potash property in Ethiopia. The Company also has a property in Argentina, which is located near Vale�s Rio Colorado potash solution mining project. The Company's flagship project is its Ethiopia Potash Project in the Danakhil evaporite basin, which has NI-43-101 compliant Measured + Indicated resources of 673 million tons containing 126 million tons of potassium chloride (KCl) and additional Inferred Mineral Resources totaling 596 million tons containing 119 million tons of KCl. The Company's projects include Potash, Argentina Potash project and Ethiopia project. On April 8, 2011, the Company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Allana Potash Afar PLC (Allana Ethiopia). In November 2012, the Company acquired Nova-Ethio Potash Corporation.
