Bernanke warns ending US stimulus efforts too soon carries substantial risks
WASHINGTON -- Chairman Ben Bernanke is telling Congress Wednesday that the U.S. job market remains weak and that it is too soon for the Federal Reserve to end its extraordinary stimulus programs.
