DBRS founder reaches deal to sell credit-rating agency but remain involved
TORONTO -- DBRS is being acquired by two U.S. private equity firms, the Carlyle Group and Warburg Pincus, a move that the Toronto-based debt-rating agency says will put it on solid footing to pursue its global expansion.
