CALGARY - Oil has begun to flow on the southern leg of TransCanada Corp.'s (TSX:TRP) Keystone XL pipeline. Spokesman Shawn Howard says the company began filling the US$2.3-billion line with oil Saturday morning in Cushing, Okla.
