Power outages affect 2200 in Burrows neighbourhood, Hydro says
About 2,200 Manitoba Hydro customers were left without power in Winnipeg Monday afternoon. Manitoba Hydro crews worked to repair outages on Burrows Avenue and in Stonewall and the surrounding areas on Monday.
