Victhom Human Bionics Inc. (Victhom) is engaged in discovering and developing bionic devices in the field of orthotics and prosthetics. The Company owns patents in the field of orthotics and prosthetics (O&P), including intellectual property used in the Power Knee. The Company�s Biotronix business developed the Power Knee, a motor-powered, artificially intelligent prosthesis for above-knee amputees product. For the Company�s Biotronix business, Victhom has a license agreement with Ossur, a medical device company, for the commercialization of its prosthesis, the Power Knee, and the development of other products using its Biotronix intellectual property. On June 16, 2011, the Company sold its 44.4% participation in Neurostream to its partner Otto Bock.
