The asset management segment is provided through a range of Jovian�s investment management companies. T.E. Wealth (TE) provides fee-only financial counseling, as well as pooled funds and asset allocation management to high net worth individuals and institutions. Leon Frazer & Associates Inc. (Leon) offers investment management services to high net worth individuals, trusts, and foundations. Jovian offers professional wealth management solutions through its subsidiary: MGI Securities Inc. and MGI Securities (USA) Inc., an investment dealer. In February 2013, the Company through subsidiary Jovian Asset Management Inc., acquired all remaining interest in Leon Frazer & Associates Inc.
