The Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF) prepares military officers and civilian government officials to be national security leaders. It operates five academic departments, including acquisition, economics, leadership and information, military strategy and logistics, and national security studies. Graduates receive a Master of Science degree in National Resource Strategy. Nearly 60% of its students are military, more than 30% are from the Department of Defense and State Department, and the remaining are other federal agency and private sector employees, as well as international military officers.
