Being among the world's leading magazine publishers is just one of the things that makes Lagard�re Active quite fashionable. The firm produces the French edition of the popular fashion title "Elle" and Parisian what's-hot-and-what's-not journal "Paris Match". It also has divisions devoted to radio stations, TV broadcasting and production, digital media, and ad sales. Formerly a global magazine publisher, Lagard�re Active is re-focusing on its French assets after the 2011 sale of some 100 international magazine titles to Hearst. French conglomerate Lagard�re owns the company, which formed as a result of the merger between Hachette Filipacchi M�dias (print) and Lagard�re Active (radio, TV, and digital holdings).
