Training and technology company Echota Technologies Corporation thinks being defensive is a good thing. Echota provides computer technology, security, intelligence, tactical training and instruction to governmental agencies. Echota operates through four divisions: Nuclear Operations, Security Services, Information Services, and Tactical Training. Founded in 2000, the company is Native American-owned and is a member of the US government-sponsored 8(a) Business Development program, which help disadvantaged small business owners compete in the US market. In late 2011, Echota was acquired by Osage, LLC, an organization established to manage the Osage Nation's business activities.
