SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. (SNC-Lavalin) is an international engineering and construction company. The Company operates in four categories of activity: Services, Packages, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and Infrastructure Concession investments (ICI). SNC-Lavalin provides engineering services, feasibility studies, planning, detailed design, contractor evaluation and selection, project and construction management, and commissioning. Packages contracts that include engineering services, providing materials and equipment, and construction activities are referred to as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts. The Company provides operations, maintenance and logistics solutions for buildings, power plants, water supply and treatment systems, desalination plants, postal services, broadcasting facilities, highways, bridges, light rail transit systems, airports, ships, and camps for construction sites and the military.
