Educational & Institutional Cooperative Service (E&I) is a not-for-profit buying cooperative that provides goods and services to its members at discounted prices. E&I seeks and enters contracts with athletic equipment, furniture, computer and electronics, maintenance, food service, office products, and transportation and delivery service suppliers. Established in 1934, the cooperative is owned by more than 1,600 tax-exempt organizations including colleges, universities, private schools, health care institutions, and hospitals.
