Founded in 1982, Logibec Groupe Informatique develops health care information management software that integrates medical and clinical content with administrative management functions. Logibec offers the ESPRESSO suite for financial and materials management, the CLINIBASE system for clinical management in hospitals, and the SICHELD PLUS information system for residential and long-term care facilities. The company's MDI Technologies subsidiary specializes in administrative and clinical management software for nursing homes in the US. In July 2010 Logibec was taken private by investment group OMERS Private Equity.
