Leatherman Tool Group can put the squeeze on many things in about 10 different ways. It makes about a dozen styles of folding pocket tools and a total of more than 30 products. Most of Leatherman's stainless-steel tools are a combination of pliers, blades, files, screwdrivers, pruners, and even a cork screw in some sets. Each of Leatherman's products carry a 25-year guarantee. It manufactures the compact Juice tool set to target a younger market and the upscale Argentum, designed by Argentine silversmith Adrian Pallarols, to attract the luxury niche. Since co-owners Tim Leatherman and Steve Berliner founded Leatherman Tool in 1983, the company has greatly expanded its initial Pocket Survival Tool concept.
