Through its Diamond Pharmacy Services division, the company operates one of the largest institutional pharmacies in the US, serving more than 400,000 inmates. The division distributes drugs to more than 850 correctional facilities across 42 states plus Puerto Rico. Diamond Pharmacy Services also wholesales medications to nursing homes in Pennsylvania. Other divisions run medical supply and IV infusion facilities that provide 10,000 SKUs for medical supplies, home health care equipment, and respiratory therapy equipment. Its retail business owns three drugstores in its hometown of Indiana, Pennsylvania. Diamond Drugs is owned and operated by the Zilner family.
