Legend Power Systems is trying to build up its legend as a supplier of energy-saving devices. Through an exclusive license agreement, Legend Power manufactures and distributes the Electrical Harmonizer-AVR energy-saving device for the Canadian market. The company touts the Electrical Harmonizer-AVR as allowing large facilities to reduce their electrical costs by 7% to 12%. The technology has been installed by BC Hydro, Canada Post, and other customers. The company was formerly a subsidiary of Texas Gas & Oil, which exited its original oil and gas operations to focus on Legend Power's operations, then completed a reverse acquisition that left Legend Power Systems as the surviving corporate entity.
