Lamkone Restaurants operates a chain of more than 50 Wahoo's Fish Tacos locations mostly in California and Colorado. The quick-casual eateries offer a variety of fish and seafood tacos, teriyaki bowls, enchiladas, and quesadillas typically served with black beans and Cajun white beans. The chain is made up of mostly corporate-owned restaurants, while franchisees operate a small number of locations. Brothers Mingo and Ed Lee and Wing Lam started Wahoo's in 1988.
