CarrierComm's modem products carry out voice and data communications chores. The fabless semiconductor company makes application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) and related modules used in telecommunications equipment, as well as in fiber optic and satellite applications. CarrierComm was established in 2002. That same year, the company acquired the broadband modem business of Triton Network Systems, which was liquidating its assets and intellectual property. CarrierComm is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Moseley Wireless Solutions Group of Moseley Associates.
