Margaritas Management Group operates about 20 Mexican-themed restaurants under the Margaritas Mexican Restaurant & Watering Hole banner in four New England states. The full-service restaurants offer standard Mexican fare and feature a menu of flavored margaritas with funny names. The restaurants also host monthly parties on the night of the full moon. Chairman John Pelletier opened the first Margaritas Mexican Restaurant in the 1980s.
