The company provides licensed and royalty-free moving stock images (in digital and HD formats) to advertisers, filmmakers, TV broadcasters, corporations, and other customers. It also provides research, clearances, and other digital asset management tools. Its online footage collections include content from National Geographic, Sony Pictures, HBO Archives, NCAA, and Paramount Pictures. TEM has offices in several major US cities (along with a "digital refinery" in Laramie, Wyoming), and international offices in Tokyo and Sydney. The company was formed in 2003 by CEO Kevin Schaff.
