Neace Lukens is a regional insurance broker in the south-central US with offices in Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee. The company offers personal and commercial insurance policies, such as property/casualty (general and professional liability, auto insurance, and workers' compensation), employee benefits (health and life insurance), and industry-specific insurance for school districts, nursing homes, contractors, truck drivers, manufacturing facilities, and lumber yards. Founded in 1991 by chairman John Neace and president Joseph Lukens, Neace Lukens was acquired by Florida-based private equity firm AssuredPartners in September 2011.
