RBS Global is the parent company of Rexnord LLC, whose subsidiaries serve the company's two main segments. Process Motion Control (formerly Power Transmission) makes gear drives, couplings, bearings, and chains and conveying equipment for use in the aerospace, construction, energy, mining, marine, and petrochemical industries. Its Water Management segment is supported by three primary companies: Zurn Industries, GA Industries, and Rodney Hunt. It designs and makes water-related products for conservation, quality, drainage, safety, and flow control. The US accounts for about three-quarters of the company's sales. RBS Global is owned by Rexnord Corporation, which began trading in 2012 after filing an IPO in 2011.
