It is one of the largest franchisees of fast-food giant Burger King, operating some 120 quick-service outlets in Indiana and Michigan. The company also taps into the casual dining market with about 50 Chili's Grill & Bar locations franchised from Brinker International. In addition, it runs a handful of restaurants under the banners blue20 seafood grill + bar, Papa Vino's Italian Kitchen, and Spageddies Italian Kitchen. Started in 1981, the company is owned by a management group led by chairman Daniel Fitzpatrick.
