Shaped by Messrs. Raub, Bein, and Frost, RBF Consulting has built a reputation for helping to build Southern California's infrastructure. The firm provides engineering, planning (it surveyed the initial site for Disneyland), and construction management services for public and private sector projects. RBF has expanded both its size and its breadth of services over the years by acquiring other firms, and now has more than 15 offices in California, Arizona, and Nevada. RBF was acquired by Michael Baker Corporation in 2011. The combined company has more than 100 offices across the US.
