Customers include restaurants, regional grocery chains, healthcare facilities, and schools. IFH operates distribution centers in Hickory, North Carolina, and Florence, South Carolina. The foodservice distributor also runs a retail store, IFH ChefSmart, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, which sells foodservice items to businesses and the public. IFH was a subsidiary of Alex Lee until mid-2012, when it was sold to Performance Food Group.
