The not-for-profit company provides medical services in the southeastern corner of Massachusetts and in Rhode Island. Its primary facilities in Massachusetts are the Charlton Memorial Hospital (with about 360 beds) in Fall River, St. Luke's Hospital (400 beds) in New Bedford, and Tobey Hospital (70 beds) in Wareham, which provide acute medical care and specialty services including cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, and women's care.
