JFC International is spreading the joy of Asian flavors to food retailers and foodservice operators in the US, Canada, and Mexico. A subsidiary of Kikkoman Corporation, the company distributes about 16,000 Asian cooking items made by Japanese food companies, including dried seaweeds and frozen vegetables; crackers and other salty snacks; oils and vinegars; teas and canned coffees; rice, flours, and beans; and soy and other sauces. In addition, JFC manufactures its own food products (such as rice, noodles, sauces, and edible oils) under the names Dynasty, Hapi, Hime, JFC, Nishiki, and Wel-Pac. It also distributes Tanzan, Daishichi, and Tomoju sakes, along with about a dozen plum wines.
