The company's stores offer hot southwestern-style foods, such as burritos and barbecue, as well as other food items and traditional convenience store fare, including cigarettes, snacks, and sodas. Exxon, Fina, ConocoPhillips, and Shell brand gasoline is also sold at Allsup's locations. Cutting horse aficionado Lonnie Allsup opened his first convenience store in Roswell, New Mexico in 1956. His family continues to own and run the company.
