Founded in 2002, Gehry Technologies is an offshoot of Gehry Partners, the firm behind world-acclaimed architect Frank Gehry, designer of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao in Spain, the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, and the Stata Center at MIT. For years, Gehry and his architectural partners have used the CATIA software program in putting together their audacious designs. Gehry Technologies helps clients with the in-house expertise developed by Gehry Partners with the software, in cooperation with Dassault Systmes (the French company that created CATIA) and IBM (which distributes and supports the software).
