The company's homes are built under the Department of Housing and Urban Development code for manufactured housing with HUD housing making up about half of its sales. The company also sells to residential builders, community retailers, and developers. Its single- and multiple-section manufactured houses can be customized with a range of floor plans and features to chose from. Square footage ranges from 750 sq. ft. to more than 2,300 sq. ft. The independent, privately held company began operating in 1994.
