Green Mill Restaurants is a leading regional restaurant company with about 30 company-owned and franchised Green Mill Restaurant and Bar locations in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. The casual dining chain is known for its signature pizza styles and pasta dishes. The eateries also serve appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, and salads, and they offer full bar service with happy hour specials. Myron Roth opened the first Green Mill location in St. Paul, Minnesota. CEO Chris Bangs along with two other partners acquired the business in 1975 and began franchising the chain in 1990.
