Giles Foods plays on the myriad possibilities of dough and fillings. The company bakes and partially bakes specialty breads and manufactures chilled and frozen Danish pastries, garlic bread, dough balls, bread bites, and Belgium buns. The company's Pain Artisan division manufactures partially baked frozen artisan and specialty breads including Italian style Foccacia and Ciabatta and American style Sourdough breads. The partially baked breads are shipped out for final baking at in-store bakeries. Founded in 1977, Giles foods has two production facilities.
