VANCOUVER - The S&P TSX Venture Composite Index finished in the green for the first time in nearly a month during the Nov. 25-29 trading period, as it rose 2.74 points en route to a 934.89 point close.
VANCOUVER - The S&P TSX Venture Composite Index dropped 1.92 points during the Nov. 18-22 trading sessions before closing out the period at 932.15 points, which marked a third consecutive weekly loss for the exchange.
The junior S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index (CVE:OSPVX) increased 0.3 percent to 918.18. The 371-member measure, where energy and materials producers account for 84 percent of its weighting, had lost 25.1 percent this year through yesterday.
